With Roy's wish to help the Hood (aka Oliver Queen) in his fight against the criminal of the city, Oliver had to test Roy's endurance to make sure that he would be a good fit as his sidekick and what better way to do that than to see how he can handle a long hard fuck.
It appeared that Roy really didn't really have much stamina which meant only one thing: Oliver was gonna have to train him to help him acquire some.
